We decided to get Hallie and new bike and helmet for her birthday! I video taped her reaction...which was high pitched screams of excitement! It always feels good to get that kind of reaction when you buy someone a gift!! Here is the little lady with her new bike! (Excuse the NO PANTS look...she just doesn't like wearing them.)
